I was a smoker for 23 years, I never tried to give up and I enjoyed smoking. However, my health and well-being was not in a good place. It has been just over 6 months now without wanting another cigarette. I walked in a smoker and out a non-smoker.
believe i didn’t even have a desire to smoke again. At that time of my life i was under a huge amount of stress and it still worked. I had tried and spent so much money trying to quit for 30plus years and he did it in a session-An Hour!. Crazy stuff. Needless to say i was happy as a pig in mud. I was at that stage of the appointment where Bob had achieved his promise and i was ready to head home as a non smoker for the first time since the 1970’s when my brother handed me my first Winfield Red that started it all.
